Our Mission
Diversity Insurance Group was formed in July of 2016. Originally, Masterson Insurance Group, Bill knew he wanted to build a company name and logo that truly resonated with the community he lived and worked in. He created a DBA bringing to life Diversity Insurance Group. The company logo (Earth with hands of all colors holding it up) speaks to the fabric that makes D.I.G. the success it is today. The agencies’ mission statement was built around the motto “Everyone Deserves The Right To Insurance” based from Bill’s belief of Inclusion, that everyone deserved the right to health insurance regardless of race, color, age, gender, sexuality, income, or pre-existing medical conditions. Diversity Insurance Group continues to foster a company culture that is professional, ethical, compassionate, and still remembers to have fun. Diversity Insurance Group has strong ties to the Wilton Manors community and continues to grow organically through word of mouth and their ongoing participation in local events. Through grassroot campaigns, they continue to inform, educate, and empower as many individuals and families with Health Insurance and Medicare knowledge as possible. D.I.G.’s goal has always been to help people so that when the time does come to get insurance, individuals can make well informed decisions, and in return pick a plan that provides the best benefits for both them and, or, their family.
Bill’s experience and expertise in Medicare, Health Insurance, the Affordable Care Act, and various financial products gives him the insight and ability to customize a plan that truly fits a client’s needs. He has a BBA from the University of Oklahoma and began his career in the Insurance Industry in 1999. Resident licensed in Florida, Bill also holds 15 additional state licenses allowing him to assist clients in Multiple states. Bill is an active member of his community Wilton Manors and continues to advocate for healthcare for all.

Ricardo’s experience includes strong knowledge of Health Insurance, and Insurance Law, specializing in the Affordable Care Act. He graduated from Florida International University with a BBA in International Business Administration in 2016. He began his insurance career working directly with the community of Wilton Manors. Being bilingual, he continues to assist many, including the Latin community, in need of subsidized health insurance. Ricardo currently holds a resident 2-40 license in the state of Florida.
